[Baruwa] In / Out queue

[Johnson, SE]

I've read in a few places now that the scanner watch process is not functional in 1.1.1; this is true?  Also, is the in / out (queue I believe) in the upper right supposed to be working ?  If so, does anyone know why it wouldn't be?
