can I simply delete the temp DB file and it will be created automaticly at runtime if its missing? Has the structure changed? Or should I simply delete from the table and restart?

That shows the message was logged to mysql Line: 294 in the code.

This is from line RecoverFromSql(); which is only called when the connection to mysql is live.

This indicates you did not remove the old baruwa2.db when u upgraded leaving stale messages in sqlite which cannot be accepted into mysql as the PK already exists in mysql.

You better double check as the logs say different.
